This album is the culmination of circumstances that could not be explained by anything other than "destined to be". The creativity of the songs and lyrics originates from the hours upon hours spent on airplanes over a five-year period while employed in a city 1000 miles from home. the genre is the outcome of interacting outside my traditional comfort zone and being introduced to and participating with a small group of dedicated musicians and friends in the Washington DC area, who welcomed me with open arms and encouraged me in my efforts. The quality of this album is the result of a group of young and inspiring musicians who have matured and flourished together over the summer of 2007. The spirit contained within can be none other than inspiration bestowed from a loving and forgiving God who blesses and sanctifies us each day with gifts beyond measure.
